Uitnodiging | Driedubbele opening bij Jester in Genk | Save the date 10.09.22

Vier de opening van het seizoen met ons op zaterdag 10 september 2022.

Met trots presenteren we Droomland, de solotentoonstelling van Marie Zolamian. Zij werkt deze zomer in situ aan een van haar grootste schilderijen tot op heden. Buiten, naast de werf van het toekomstige Jester gebouw, verzorgen Erica Ferrari en Ana Catarina Mousinho workshops in de openlucht installatie The Memory-Lab Pavilion.

Ook lanceert Jester de nieuwe huisstijl, ontworpen door het Brusselse Alliage en Clement Horrard. Jester is de fusie tussen CIAP en FLACC. De naam Jester (hofnar) is gekozen om de bijzondere rol die een hofnar heeft in relatie tot degene die de macht bekleedt.

Invitation | Triple opening at Jester in Genk | Save the date 10.09.22

Celebrate the seasonal opening with us, on Saturday September 10th 2022.

That day we proudly present the solo exhibition Droomland by Marie Zolamian. She works this summer on site on one of her largest painting works to date. Outside, next to the building site of the new Jester buildings, Erica Ferrari presents her temporary outdoor installation The Memory- Lab Pavilion. Workshops will be organised in collaboration with Ana Catarina Mousinho.

We're also excited to launch Jester's visual identity, designed by Brussels based duo Alliage in collaboration with Clement Horrard. Jester was born out of the merger between CIAP and FLACC. It's name has been chosen because of the special role the court jester plays in relation to the one in power.
