Wim Wauman
Atlas Of Atmospheres
What can an artist do with his sizeable archive of pictures which only exist on a layer of cellophane, interred in files stowed away in a cupboard in a studio? Pictures which are almost invisible to the public, analogous pictures which are not yet ready to show their true colours through photogravure or new printing techniques? Wauman plans to use FLACC’s digital studio to reveal and display his pictures so as to gain and provide insight into his work and way of looking at things. It will also be an opportunity for him to bring his oeuvre to the attention of an image-mad public.
