Factory of Found Clothes
The Factory of Found Clothes (Fabrika Nadyonii Odezhdii in Russian) is a collective set up by Natalya Pershina-Yakimanskaya and Olga Egorova in Russia in 1995. The FFC uses installations, performances, videos, texts and ‘social research’ to develop an operational logic of ‘fragility’ as a subjectivity which is opposed to certain situations, like the repressive social and political climate in Russia and the reflexive futility of the international art scene.
