FLACC OPEN HOUSE
GREGG SMITH, GEERT GOIRIS, SARAH VANAGT, ELLEN VISSCHERS, STEFAN SERNEELS, GREGORY MAASS en NAYOUNG KIM, MARC CLAES and JOSEPH JESSEN, YVES COUSSEMENT, ANN CLICTEUR and PAUL CASAER, JON MIKEL EUBA, HAP, JEAN BERNARD KOEMAN, INGE GODELAINE, FARA HAESEVOETS, PHILIP JANSSENS, HILKE MUYLDERMANS and SAMIRA EL KHADRAOUI, JORIS PERDIEUS, FREDERIK VAN SIMAEY, CAROLINE COOLEN, JOZEF DEVILLE, MARNIK NEVEN, TOM VANSANTOPEN HOUSE reviews the year’s work at FLACC in the form of an exhibition of finished works by the artists who were connected with the house in the past year, along with design drawings, scale models, sketches and other documents. The first edition of this annual event looks back at 2006 and takes place from 20 January 2007 up to and including 18 February 2007. During this event, FLACC is also presenting the yearbook, which describes and illustrates all artists’ projects. The new publication contains writings by Pascal Gielen, Francis Smets, Inge Braeckman, Dan Holsbeek, Evert Crols, Walter Benjamin, Léon Lemahieu and Peter Pollers.
