Kristof Vrancken

Kristof Vrancken (b. 1982, Hasselt, Belgium) studied photography at the Media & Design Academy in Genk, where he has worked as a teacher of Photography since 2008. His work is characterized by a sense of ‘twisted cleanliness’. He explores the relationship between man and his environment in the forgotten spaces behind the facade of society. His findings, mixed with absurdity and dark humour, are the key to his visual work.
